Ordering big beds online

TO ORDER ONLINE

  1. When you find an item you want click "add to basket". You can add as many items as you want before clicking "proceed to checkout".
  2. At the checkout you will be asked for Personal Information to help us process your order. We will not release your Personal Information to any other company.
  3. When you press ‘confirm order’ a secure email will be sent to us.
  4. We will send out your orderform and receipt by return of post. Please check these - if you have made a mistake you can always give us a call.

Big bed delivery

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  1. For beds and mattresses, we take a 50% deposit when you order, balance payable on delivery. For linen, bedding and accessories we take a 100% deposit when you order.

 

Big bed payment methods
 
  1. At checkout the website will calculate the delivery charge for you.
  2. If you want to order a bed or mattress, live in Wales, the North of England, or Scotland, and can be flexible with your delivery dates, we may be able to offer half price delivery by sharing the load with other customers. Please call for details.
  3. Bedding and linen items are delivered by DHL.
