How To Order

	HOW TO ORDER
	TO ORDER ONLINE When you find an item you want click "add to basket". You can add as many items as you want before clicking "proceed to checkout". At the checkout you will be asked personal information to help us process your order. We will not release your Personal Information to any other company. When you press ‘confirm order’ a secure email will be sent to us. But don’t worry if you have made a mistake you can always give us a call if you are having trouble. We will send out your orderform and receipt by return of post.
	TO ORDER BY PHONE Make your selection then ring us on 0845 226 1660 with your card details ready. We accept all cards except American Express. Our trained staff will take you through all the options available and chat about your requirements
	TO ORDER BY POST Write to us at The Big Bed Company, Unit 8 Anamax Group Estate, Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross SL9 7BB. Cheques should be made payable to The Big Bed Company Ltd. We will contact you to reconfirm your order before processing it.
	TO ORDER AT THE SHOWROOM Our entire range of beds and bed linen is on show at our showroom –see the visit us section for details. We accept cards and cheques PAYMENT For beds and mattresses, we take a 50% deposit when you order, balance payable on delivery. For linen, bedding and accessories we take a 100% deposit when you order.
	DELIVERY BEDS AND MATTRESSES Please note all our beds and mattresses have a 1" tolerance. Delivery time: We deliver within 4-8 weeks of receipt of deposit and in slots of AM: 9am to 12am and PM: 1pm to 5pm which we will confirm with you when the bed becomes available for delivery. If you like we can contact you when 30 or 60 minutes away to avoid you waiting in. Please note that once confirmed the delivery slot is not normally changeable. We professionally assemble all our beds and can remove your old bed at no extra cost. Please have your old bed disassembled before delivery. Please measure all rooms and access doors as the customer will be liable for the full order value if delivery fails because of difficulty of access. Whilst we endeavour to keep the delivery as clean and safe as we can, these are large items and we cannot be held responsible for reasonable amounts of damage or wear to your walls or carpets if access is restricted. It is the customer's responsibility to cover delicate furnishings and to remove any pictures or light fittings that are on the route to your specified bedroom. Delivery charges start at £40 and are by postcode, please go to the checkout stage for details. BED LINEN BEDDING AND ACCESSORIES Please note all our bed linen and bedding has a 1" tolerance. Delivery time: We send out non-stock items within 3-4 weeks of receipt of deposit. Deliveries come via BusinessPost and take 48 hours to arrive. We will supply BusinessPost with your contact telephone number for the driver to use in the event of delivery problems. For all our deliveries a signature may be required. Please specify any special delivery instructions when ordering. There may be a redelivery charge for failed deliveries - please see our terms & conditions page. There may be a 10% re-stocking charge for cancelled orders.
